I earned my Doctorate of Musical Arts in Piano Performance from the Manhattan School of Music in 2001. In that same year, I was awarded the Special Presentation Award by Artists International which led to my solo debut recital at Carnegie's Weill Recital Hall. I have performed in master classes for renowned concert pianists including John Perry, Lazar Berman, John O'Conor, Roslyn Tureck, among others, and presented solo recitals in New York, New Jersey, Maryland, Washington, and the Netherlands.

Since returning to my hometown of Seattle in 2003, I have established a successful private teaching studio in which students participate in Adjudications, festivals and nationally recognized exams, receiving high accolades and exam scores.

I continue to perform as a soloist, accompanist and chamber musician. As an active member of the Ladies Musical Club, I have performed at the Seattle Art Museum and other venues in the Seattle/Bellevue area.  I have also collaborated with members of the Seattle Symphony, including former principal cellist, Joshua Roman.

I am an active member of the Eastside Music Teachers Association and a Nationally Certified Teacher of Music.
